omgoshh i hope my dad moves to trail sooon, seeing i just
found out he has a girlfriend there lol. Anddd last weekemd i went there
i made 4 new friends, 2 of them are super funt he other 2 are really nice
im suree i wont be as bored these days if I move there, aand ill be much
more busy than i already am!!

CHICAGO - Overweight workers cost their bosses more in injury claims than their lean colleagues, suggests a study that found the heaviest employees had twice the rate of workers’ compensation claims as their fit co-workers.

Obesity experts said they hope the study will convince employers to invest in programs to help fight obesity. One employment attorney warned companies that treating fat workers differently could lead to discrimination complaints.

Well, this spring break on the friday we got off, i left around 4:30 and went to Vernon
with cadets for a sports weekend. About 5 cadet cores were there altogether, Vernon
Kalowna, Ashcroft, Nelcon, and Trail. There was about 100 people there.
We were all competeing against each other for 2 days playing sports.
My team won everything, and so Nelson won the sports weekend, this is our
second year now.
Then after we (Nelson and Trail) left Vernon, we headed to Victoria for our citizen trip.We
stayed in this huge place called Nelly Block, its a big Navy building on the Navy base. Its where
people stay when they work on the base.
I went on tours to the wax musium, graveyard, parliment building, lighthouse,
Royal B.C musium, The coast guards, and the Boat yards.
We toured other places but i forget where at the moment!
Also i had my Sweet Sixteenth Birthday on Saint Patricks day , i didnt do much during the day but later
I went to kayla kinnerslys and some people came over and yahhh it was fun!
